Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows:
Foreclosure sale to satisfy unpaid property taxes owing to Cherokee County on your interest in the property described as follows:
Situate and lying in Murphy Township, District #3, being more particularly known as Lot 19, Block A, Skyview Acres, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING in the centerline of a sixty (60) foot road right of way at the Southeast corner of Lot 20 in the line of Lot 21 and runs thence with the line of Lot 20 three courses and distances as follows: N 55-00 W 29.81 feet, S 74-55 W 42.75 feet, N 57-38 W 135.44 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 20; thence N 31-50 W 126.63 feet to the perimeter line of Skyview Acres; thence with the perimeter line of Skyview Acres N 44-42 E 134.65 feet to a corner common with the Northwest corner of Lot 18; thence with a line common with Lot 18 S 58-18 E 286.24 feet to the centerline of a sixty (60) foot road right of way at the Southwest corner of Lot 18 in the line of Lot 22; thence with the centerline of said sixty (60) foot right of way S 34-49 W 160.0 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING, containing 1.28 acres, more or less, as shown on the plat of survey dated July 1981, by W.G. Davis, R.L.S.
A map showing the above-described property is recorded in Plat Book G, Slide 82.
Subject to easements, restrictions and rights of way of record, and matters of survey.
Also being identified as Parcel ID# 4581-07-69-6356-000, Cherokee County Tax Office.

Plaintiff seeks to extinguish any and all claims and interests that you may have in the property, to have a commissioner appointed to sell the Property and to deliver to the purchaser a deed to said real estate in fee simple, free and clear of all encumbrances, and that the interests and equities of redemption of the Defendants in the property be forever barred and foreclosed.
You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than June 11, 2024 and upon your failure to do so the party seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought.
